Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every Twinkle & Melt purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, please contact us at twinklemelt1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on wax melt products that have been opened or used.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please get in touch via twinklemelt1@gmail.com

Handmade Nature of Our Products

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, design, minor weight differences and finish may occur, along with small imperfections that make every piece beautifully unique. Melts will/ may contain dyes/mica powder.
